Ability to broadcast wallet transactions only via dedicated oneshot Tor connections

Description

It would be nice to have an option to never add your own transactions to the mempool directly and/or broadcast them individually only via a oneshot Tor connection. This is essentially important for users who need blocksonly mode, who would otherwise be forced to choose between being unable to send transactions at all or harming their privacy by only broadcasting their own.
